Microsoft Teams Direct Routing

We offer a Microsoft® Teams Direct Routing capability on top of our SIP services to allow our partners to provide competitive SIP calling services in conjunction with their Microsoft Teams implementations.

We operate highly available SBC platforms in geo-diverse datacentres. We have peering in place with Microsoft ensuring that we have high bandwidth and the lowest latency available between the Microsoft Teams platform and our hosted SBC’s.

Cisco® Webex Calling

Cisco® Webex Calling is a cloud-based communications solution, complete with an advanced set of enterprise-grade PBX features and a rich user experience that includes both the Cisco® Webex Calling app, for mobile and desktop users, integrated with the Cisco Webex Teams™ collaboration app.

Support for an integrated user experience with Cisco Webex Meetings and Webex devices, including Cisco IP Phones 6800, 7800, and 8800 Series desk phones and analog ATAs.

Webex Calling is delivered from a set of regionally distributed, geo-redundant data centers around the globe. We include PSTN integration to our SIP services in our geographically diverse points of presence for a complete Cloud based calling solution.

SIP Trunks

SIP trunks are available on customer IP WAN or Ethernet deployments, delivered from highly available SBCs housed across geographically separate data centres.

Providing SIP trunks via Internet is available, however we recommend customers access SIP via a Managed IP WAN link to ensure quality of service. This can be provided via an existing IP WAN solution or via a dedicated link.
