Microsoft Teams Direct Routing

We offer a Microsoft Teams Direct Routing capability on top of our SIP services to allow our partners to provide competitive SIP calling services in conjunction with their Microsoft Teams implementations.

We operate highly available calling platforms in geo-diverse datacentres. We have peering in place with Microsoft ensuring that we have high bandwidth and the lowest latency available between the Microsoft Teams platform and our core voice infrastructure.

SIP Trunks

SIP trunks are available on customer IP WAN or Ethernet deployments, delivered from highly available voice platforms housed across geographically separate data centres.

Providing SIP trunks via Internet is available, however we recommend customers access SIP via a Managed IP WAN link to ensure quality of service. This can be provided via an existing IP WAN solution or via a dedicated link.
