How to use our Looking Glass
Select a Location to Use
From the menu, choose the router closest to the network location you want to query. The router selection allows you to test network behavior from different points within our infrastructure.
Choose a Command to Issue
From the menu, select either Show BGP Route or Ping.
Show Route: Displays the BGP path decision traffic takes from the router to the destination prefix.
Ping: Checks the latency between the selected router and the target IP address or domain.
Input a Parameter
Enter the IP address or domain name you want to query. Your current IP address will be prepopulated.
Click Enter
Select the enter button to run the command and view the network diagnostics.
