NetSG Mobile Frequently Asked Questions

NetSG Mobile Fleet plans use the Telstra Wholesale Mobile Network for 4G and 5G mobile voice services. Most plans (XS, S, M, L, and MBB) have download speeds capped at 100Mbps, while the XL plan offers 5G connectivity with speeds capped at 250Mbps. Actual speeds may vary based on your location, device, and network congestion.

Shared data packs are applied at the fleet level and are only accessed when an individual service depletes its own data allowance. For example, if you have a service on the “M” plan with 50GB data inclusion, it will only start using the shared data pool after exceeding its own 50GB allowance. This applies to all plans including Mobile Broadband (MBB) plans. Fleets can include up to 150 combined Mobile Voice and Mobile Broadband services.

NetSG Mobile offers optional Travel Packs for international roaming in 67 countries. There are two options: a 7-Day pack with 30 minutes of voice, 30 SMS, and 5GB of data; and a 14-Day pack with 60 minutes of voice, 60 SMS, and 10GB of data. If you exceed these inclusions before the validity period expires, another pack will automatically be added to prevent incurring PAYG roaming rates.

If your fleet exhausts the shared data pool allowance, individual services that have used up their data will incur excess data charges via an auto top-up mechanism in 1GB blocks. Your Fleet administrator can purchase optional Shared Data Packs either on a recurring or once-off basis to increase your fleet’s data pool.

Yes, plans M, L, and XL include international calling. Plan M and Plan L include unlimited calls to 10 countries: Malaysia, China, Ireland, Hong Kong, India, Singapore, New Zealand, South Korea, UK, and USA. The XL plan includes unlimited calls to 15 countries, adding Bangladesh, Canada, Greece, Japan, and Thailand to the list. Plans XS and S have Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG) international calling rates.

There is no minimum term for NetSG Mobile post-paid services or Fleet plans. You can cancel at any time without notice and without early termination fees. However, if you cancel, any remaining monthly plan fee will be forfeited. Monthly plan fees are charged in advance, while excess usage and PAYG charges are billed in arrears at the end of the month.
