We have built our own high performance network under AS132847 across Australia and New Zealand, with core POPs in each major capital and extended POPs out to popular Data Centres and our Partner DCs. Operating our own network allows us to offer our customers the highest network performance and availability guarantees and the most competitive wholesale pricing.
Our network is built using best of breed Juniper and Cisco platforms leveraging MPLS-TE and Fast Reroute technologies for the highest availability and resilience. We operate a “Clean Network” core with no Huawei, ZTE or equivalent equipment deployed.
As a network aggregator, we interconnect to all major carriers at each of our POPs including Telstra, Optus, Vocus, AAPT/TPG and many smaller specialty and international carriers providing a vast array of connectivity options.
Our current upstream transit providers include Telstra AS1221, Optus AS7474 and Spark NZ AS4648. We operate an open peering policy and can peer with network operators on Equinix IX, IX Australia and MegaIX as well as direct connection in most Equinix, NEXTDC and Spark facilities.
